OFFERS in excess of €4.5m are being sought for a significant parcel of development land in Limerick Docklands - which is the focus of an ambitious regeneration project.

The 20.7-acre (8.38ha) site, just north of the N18 and 2.5km west of the city centre, is strategically located off the Dock Rd, at the heart of a well-established light industrial and commercial hub.
